Once described as having media in her DNA, Debbie is passionate about all media – traditional, digital and everything in between. Having worked with a wide range of clients across many categories, Jacquie sees strategy as a means to an end—the end being campaigns that are compelling and help clients to meet their objectives. Jacquie works with purpose and urgency and is highly efficient and effective. She quickly cuts to the core of what needs to be done and galvanizes the team to look at problems as opportunities, and opportunities as a chance to create value in new, unexpected ways.

Joe has over 20 years of experience working in digital, advertising, design and web with local and international clients–and some very talented people. He has won awards in most competitions including the One Show, Clio Awards and D&AD. He is a collaborative, insight-driven, results-focused marketer who is well versed in modern brand strategy who offers fresh impactful ideas that continually push brands forward across all media outputs.
Bruce’s right-brained side – as a writer and orchestral musician – combines with his left-brained, analytical side – as a librarian and Jeopardy-grade knowledge maven – to bring surprising yet strategic thinking to every creative and marketing challenge. He’s skilled at research, synthesizing mounds of data, asking tough questions and solving problems in new ways. In Bruce’s world, every project is an opportunity to surprise, delight and make us say, “Wow—I wish I’d thought of that.”
Senior Art Director
Bryce is a recent transplant from Alberta, who was originally a transplant to Alberta from BC (welcome back).
He’s passionate about the industry and innovates with the times and technologies to create smart work that produces results. From posters and Instagram stories to concepting and crafting full marketing campaigns, he likes being part of it all.
When he isn’t in front of his computer creating, you’ll likely find him wandering around the woods exploring nature, or with his partner and son, wandering around the woods exploring nature.
Bonney is a formidable force at H2 Accelerator when it comes to working with clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and at a high-quality. Kind, patient, and insightful, Bonney coordinates and manages many moving project pieces with grace and a steady hand. No detail is too small, and no client input is ever dismissed. She is a life-long advocate for the benefits of yoga, a writer of prose and poetry, loves her guitar and clarinet equally, and is the founder of Girl Warrior Productions to help empower women from all walks of life.
Christian is our incredibly talented videographer—after all, he’s been carrying a camera around since he was five. Creative, brave, intuitive, patient and able to see a story where others may not, he brings years of experience from his work locally and with Lexicon Films back in Toronto. Particularly skilled at capturing the majesty of the West Coast landscape and its people, Christian has been an invaluable resource to our tourism clients.
A Renaissance woman at heart—Rachel is skilled at graphic design, web development, web project scoping and estimating, interior design, sewing—and much more. She’s curious, analytical, meticulous and one of the rare few who can translate technical jargon into something simple that even technophobes can understand.
Social Media Coordinator
Rae is a Vancouver Island local with a unique educational background in Psychology, Communications, Digital Marketing, and Diversity Training; she utilizes this to understand audiences and create content that makes an impact. Rae worked as a freelance Digital Marketer and Writer for years, she ran social media accounts, wrote blogs, ran digital ads, transcribed podcasts, and managed websites for clients in various industries across Canada and the US. Now she does this and more for us at H2.
Madi is our admin assistant who works quietly behind the scenes making sure that everything at H2 is running smoothly. She’s the first person you meet at the agency, whether it’s over the phone or in person, and she is unforgettable. Madi not only keeps the files organized but the team as well – managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing invoices, planning staff events and so much more. Her super power is her ability to keep so many balls in the air without dropping one. And make it all look so easy.
