He’s skilled at research, synthesizing mounds of data, asking tough questions and solving problems in new ways. In Bruce’s world, every project is an opportunity to surprise, delight and make us say, “Wow—I wish I’d thought of that.”
Jeremie has spent a lot of time between the pipes and wielding a paintbrush, and that’s exactly why you want him on your creative work. As an accomplished artist in oil and acrylic, he brings an extraordinary eye to everything he touches. And as a lifelong hockey goalie, nothing gets past him.

Digital Content Manager
Caitlin spent years in Calgary creating content and public relations campaigns for major-market clients in the restaurant, hospitality, fashion, travel and entrepreneurship sectors. Senior Web Developer
Steve is the epitome of the ideal web developer: curious, analytical, tenacious, pragmatic, meticulous and tech savvy. We could go on. With a background as a flight dispatcher, he knows how to work quickly in a controlled way—a great fit for keeping up with our growing web traffic. Steve also loves to learn and will find a way to “figure it out” often on his own time, late into the night.
Christian is our incredibly talented videographer—after all, he’s been carrying a camera around since he was five. Creative, brave, intuitive, patient and able to see a story where others may not, he brings years of experience from his work locally and with Lexicon Films back in Toronto. Particularly skilled at capturing the majesty of the West Coast landscape and its people, Christian has been an invaluable resource to our tourism clients.
A Renaissance woman at heart—Rachel is skilled at graphic design, web development, web project scoping and estimating, interior design, sewing—and much more. She’s curious, analytical, meticulous and one of the rare few who can translate technical jargon into something simple that even technophobes can understand.
Carisse brings a fresh perspective to every project—visualizing and creating designs that are just right for the target, unique and engaging. She likes to push ideas and look for simple visual interpretations that will differentiate a brand and help to inspire action. Part of her success is that she knows a good design also needs to be able to stretch and work across channels—from traditional to online and mobile.
Maddie is our admin assistant. She is also the middle Dagg child, which seems to have prepared her perfectly to work at H2 Accelerator. She is pretty much unflappable even when folks around her are flapping like crazy. It’s a great quality for agency life. And life in general.
