Thrive is a team of social service professionals with a mission to help empower the children, youth, adults and families they serve to live fulfilled lives. Although they’ve operated in Victoria for over 20 years as Phoenix Human Services, they felt they were little known and poorly understood. They also saw that a revitalized brand would help them as they looked ahead to grow their services and increase their opportunities for new partnerships and sources of revenue and funding.
They approached us for help with their rebranding to help increase awareness and understanding of the broad range of child, youth, adult, and family services they provide throughout Greater Victoria. We helped guide the organization through a comprehensive renaming and brand idea development process that involved a range of stakeholder, client, and prospective client input sessions.
The brand was brought to life in an authentic, positive, and reassuring manner across numerous marketing elements, including a new identity, website, corporate materials, signage, social media and soon-to-be-released video.
