We helped a large, complex organization develop a new positioning line, Vision, Mission and Values Statement – by restarting the process. By engaging a diverse stakeholder base, we helped identify common themes that were leveraged in a refreshed brand identity and marketing materials.
Vancouver Island Health Authority, now known as Island Health, provides health care services through a network of hospitals, clinics, centres, health units, and long-term care locations and serves more than 794,000 people. After 18 months of attempting to develop a new positioning line, Vision, Mission and Values statement, the client was stalled and needed fresh thinking to move the project forward. We helped with a stakeholder engagement process and identified common themes that could be leveraged in the communications and marketing materials to galvanize and inspire staff, volunteers, Executive, Board members, medical professionals and partners.
