Room bookings in Nanaimo looked bleak in early 2022, so we were asked to incentivize visitation at a difficult time of year; post holidays, Omicron virus still raging, and out of season for many area attractions. We created a campaign aimed at audiences already considering travel to the Island, targeted by online behaviours through programmatic advertising, and radio in the key markets on the Island, Lower Mainland and from direct flight markets from the Interior of British Columbia and Alberta.
